Welcome back to A+ Life! Today we continue our discussion about relationships by talking about the benefits of being single.
In the media, single characters are often portrayed as being weak or evil. This sends the message to teens that to be single is to be less than, or wrong. But there are many benefits to being single--in fact, to have strong, healthy relationships, learning to love yourselves is the first step towards being #RelationshipGoals.
