This week we tackle the subject of kindness in honesty. Social media has recently created a meme out of being "petty". Although this cultural phenomenon is disguised as brutal honesty for the sake of being funny, it's really bullying, and millennials can benefit from learning how to be calm and kind while telling their truths. We'll talk about discomfort, reeling in emotions, and keeping our friendships strong through mindfulness in communication.
